  1. oh my gosh!!!! i cannot believe you found those words to go with that glorious photo. i broke out in goosebumps when i read “light can for a field,” after drinking in that glorious capture of light on grass, on road. that, centuries ago, st. john of the cross spoke those words, and you saw them spilled across a field: a holy blessed wonder.

    • I adore St. John of the Cross. His words sprang to mind this morning as I was mooning over photos of the sunlit fields of May at Prairie View… Words of truth and beauty truly are replete with magic, and the ages cannot tarnish or diminish them… I treasure your wondrous, word-loving heart. xoxox
